Bio or Backround: Tsen Sai was born on earth as a human child. During his child hood years he was a great student had some pretty rowdy friends but Tsen Sai was a head strong fellow. One day him and his friends were walking down the street when they passes by old man Hydrom. One of his friends dared Tsen sai to go knock on his door then run way.. well to make a long story short, Dr. Hydrom wrigged his house so when he found the perfect person to conduct his new experiement. after a few short months Dr. Hydrom creation was born and Tsen Sai was reborn again. No longer as just a human but as an android, and for safe messures the good doctor changed his name to Chrome Black
